The best way to experience HGS is to visit campus and meet some of the people who make it extraordinary. You’ll get the feel of our campus. We’re just 40 k.m. from the New Delhi Airport and 15 k.m. from nearest metro and railway station. We’re eager to meet you.
Step 3
Submit your application as per the school’s requirements.
General instruction for new admission for the session 2024-25
- Admissions are open for the classes Nursery to IXth & XIth.
- Admission forms can be obtained from the School office on payment of Rs.500/-only.
- Admission Forms for these classes are available / and will be accepted from the month of September.
The following documents are required at the time submission of admission form
- Attested photocopy of birth certificate (Municipal/ Block/ Panchayat).
- Transfer certificate from the previous school along with report card of the last class attended.
- Six copies of passport size photograph of the child.
- Four copies of the latest photograph of Father and Mother/ Guardian.
- Copy of Adhaar cards of students and parents.
- Medical fitness certificate.
- Blood group report
- Contact Details: Please check and verify your contact details and mailing address. Any change in your contact details should be intimated in writing to the Communication office using our contact us page.
- Residence Proof
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
Termination
- A Student can be removed / suspended from the school by the school authorities for any of the following lapses:
- Non-payment of school dues in time.
- Misconduct or serious indiscipline which in the opinion of the school authorities has an unwholesome influence on his fellow pupils.
- Unsatisfactory academic progress.
- In the best interest of the Student, parents are urged to ensure timely payment of fees and to counsel the child to focus on discipline and studies.
Cancellation / Withdrawal
- It is mandatory to give three months written notice before withdrawing a child at the end of the academic year i.e. 31st March. If three months written notice is not given, then three months Fees will be deducted from the Security Deposit and balance will be deposit by the parents.. If a child is withdrawn anytime after 1st April, i.e. after the beginning of an academic year, then three months’ Fee will be charge.
- If the student is withdrawn or does not join before the start of the academic year i.e. 01 April, Registration and Admission fee shall be forfeited in favor of the school and balance will be refunded.
- If the student joins the School and is withdrawn before 30th April, a per day fee for the duration of her stay and three month extra fee shall be charged/forfeited in the favor of the School and balance will be refunded.
- The withdrawal form in the prescribed format (available on the School website should be filled only by the parent and be submitted to the School Office only. The receiving date at School of original copy of duly filled and signed withdrawal form, will be treated as final date of withdrawal. No verbal/ telephonic/ e-mail intimation will be entertained.
- School Leaving Certificate (Transfer Certificate) will be issued only after clearance of dues and payment of amount(s) in favor of the School.
